Hello & Welcome!

My name is Momoca, or Momo if you'd prefer, welcome to my little art corner! I am a self-run illustrator based in California. My store is run by just me and I try my best to ensure each order is packed safely and with love.

I sell fan merchandise from prints to acrylic standees to buttons to one of a kind traditional media pieces. All items listed here are made, designed and hand drawn by me.

General

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please use the contact section in my shop and I will do my best to get back to you or e-mail me at: [email protected] and I will do my best to help you.

Order Processing & Tracking 

All orders are processed 3-5 business days once placed and all my shipping methods come with tracking. You'll automatically recieve a tracking number through e-mail once your order has been shipped. I try my best to ship all orders as soon as possible, if there is a delay I will surely contact you to let you know.

Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations/Refunds

I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations nor refunds including shipping. I'm not responsible for damage to the product due to transportation, mishandling, delays nor weather. 

All orders are FINAL once shipped. 

Please also note that due to COVID, USA and International packages may take longer than stated during checkout to arrive.

Where Do I Ship To

Currently I'm only able to ship to:

  1. USA
  2. Asia
  3. Central America
  4. South America
  5. Canada
  6. Oceania
  7. Africa

Currently, I am unable to ship to Europe and the Middle East; if anything changes the list will be updates accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

If you place an order and your country is not on the list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

If Your Package Gets Lost

If the estimated amount of time stated in your shipping method has passed, please email me your name, order number and ordered item(s) and I will do my best to help you. 

But please understand that once your package has shipped, I'm no longer responsible for it.

If your package status states DELIVERED but you haven't recieved it, please contact your post office to have it resolved. I won't be able to offer you a replacement or a refund in this case. 

If the post office returns your package to me and it is refelcted in your tracking, please contact me. In this case I can only offer two solutions: 

  1. Refund your order (excluding shipping fees)
  2. Have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping fee added)

 

Please do feel free to reach out regardless if there is a problem with your order! I am happy to discuss possible solutions. If a chargeback is filed, you will be blacklisted from purchasing from me again.
